Q. How can I receive regular notifications of positions that may be of interest to me?

A. You need to be registered on our Atlas Iron Careers Page to receive regular notifications of positions that match your profile. Once logged in, simply click on the 'Job Alerts' under the Options menu. Ensure 'Receive new job posting notifications' is ticked to receive notifications of all new job postings. Remember, you will need to tell the system what type of positions you are interested in by setting your profile on this page. Alternatively, click 'Create New Job Alert' to set up a new alert based on your preferred criteria.

Q. What is an Application ID? How do I get one?

A. The Application ID is your unique reference that was sent to you when you completed an application for a position. You can use this to identify yourself and the particular application you are interested in.

Q. What if I require further information relating to an advertised position?

A. If you require further information regarding any position listed on our Atlas Iron Careers Page, you need to contact the person as advised in the position advertisement. Instructions for applications and our contact details are provided in each advertisement.

Q. How can I view only those positions that have been posted since last I checked?

A. This site is a live real time site. Positions are loaded regularly and removed according to the opening and closing date of the positions. The job search function allows you to search by the criteria you set or see all the available positions that have been posted. Positions that have closed will not be shown.

Q. How do I change my details on the Atlas Iron Careers Page

A. You may change your details at any time by following these steps:

  1. Click 'View Profile' and enter your e-mail address. If you can't remember your password, click 'Forgotten your password?' and follow the prompts. A new password will be emailed to you, then go back to step one.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click the 'Sign In' button.
  4. Under the Candidate Profile, amend your personal details as necessary.
  5. Click the 'Save' button.

Q. I have forgotten my password, how do I obtain a new one?

A. As your password is encrypted, we are only able to assist you to create a new password.

  1. Click the 'View Profile' menu option.
  2. Click the 'Forgotten your password?' link.
  3. Enter your email address.

We will then send you an email with a Login URL to reset your password:

  1. Select 'Click Here' in the password reset email.
  2. Enter your new password.
    (Your password must be at least 8 characters long, contain one numeric, upper and lower case letters, and one symbol)
  3. Retype your new password. (Both passwords must match)
  4. Click the 'Submit' button.

Please remember passwords are case sensitive. You must enter them exactly the same each time.

Q. How do I remove myself from the e-mail list?

A. To remove yourself from the e-mail list, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Select the 'View Profile' menu option.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and your password.
  3. Once you are logged in, select the 'Job Alerts' under the Options menu.
  4. Untick 'Receive new job posting notifications'.

Q. How do I delete my job profile on the Atlas Iron Careers Page?

A. To delete your Atlas Iron job profile, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Select the 'View Profile' menu option.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and your password.
  3. Once you are logged in, select the 'Settings' under the Options menu.
  4. Select 'Delete Profile'.
  5. Click 'Delete All Data' to confirm.
