About the role:

 

The Administration team is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join them on a Monday to Friday roster based at our West Perth office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to CEO, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Perth Corporate Office and Executive Assistant to CEO.


Duties:

 

  • Primary point of contact for incoming calls, email enquiries, visitors and deliveries
  • General office and facilities maintenance
  • Organise catering for monthly events and the occasional meeting
  • Maintain general office consumables
  • End of month reconciliation: Cabcharge, Courier, AustPost
  • Ensure a clean and safe workspace
  • Create SAP shopping carts, receipt invoices and action capex and new vendor applications for office maintenance
  • Maintain meeting room facilities
  • Assist the Executive Assistant to CEO with events and general administration support as required

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Relevant academic qualifications and/or Administration specific experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Working knowledge of Mitel phone system and SAP is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated office administration and support experience.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
  • High level of organisation and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve and create/improve processes and systems to achieve business and department objectives.
  • A warm and positive attitude to assist where required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
